Don’t think you’ve ever gotten bored of eating pasta, but we love using this ingredient to travel the world. Despite having its origin in Italy, other countries have taken this ingredient as the base of some of their most emblematic dishes.
This recipe is for 3 or 4 people, and we detail it as we prepare it at home.
Ingredients for Mac & Cheese
- two tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons wheat flour
- 2 cups macaroni
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- Pepper
- Salt
Preparation of Mac & Cheese
- Cook the pasta with a little salt and butter until it is tender.
- In a frying pan over low heat, melt the butter, add the flour, salt and pepper, stirring constantly.
- Add the cup of milk and continue stirring.
- Once the mixture is thick and uniform, add the cheddar cheese until it melts.
- The last step is to add the pasta and stir well.
Everything is ready! Serve and enjoy the Macaroni and Cheese.
